The Erie County Sheriff’s Police Benevolent Association is the collective bargaining unit representing the deputy sheriffs responsible for policing the County of Erie. Committed to professionalism, the deputy sheriffs of Erie County have been serving since 1821 and carry-on a two-hundred-year legacy of duty, honor, and service.

Our members provide a broad spectrum of law enforcement services beginning with patrol and diversifying into aviation, canine, criminal and fire investigations, hazardous devices, intelligence and counter-narcotics, human trafficking, and special operations.
